It Snowed!!!!!

When I got up this morning there was a whole lot of snow! I got up bright and early. OK, not as early as on a mom workday. Stupid plows had already ruined some of the nice drifts, but I found enough snow to play in. The park was beautiful.



I started out by getting right to the bottom of things



and ate a lot of snow in the process.



It wasn't so cold, so I convinced mom that I would be able to navigate drifts better without my coat.



There was a lot of activity in the park.



But I still kept an eye out for any squirrels that might be in the vicinity.



All in all, a very satisfying morning.

    I'm sooo glad you live close to that pwetty pawk..the snow neew my house was , umm dismal..it all diss appeawed..stoopid wind fwom the wivew and the plows(I think they should be banned..who needs twafic anyway)

    Tough guys like you don't need a coat in all that fluffy snow. I bet you melt it as you go with all that terrier energy you give off.

    Duffy! You are a snow-natural. I love the stuff too...have had a hard time convincing my muzzer that my furs are great protection...As long as I am not "just groomed" I am plenty warm

    I don't know what Asta is talking about because I found a whole playground of snow to romp around in off-leash over on Hudson and Horatio. And the park across the street is still locked up so I can't go snuffling all through it but it sure looks pretty and Christmassy!

    Wow! I love the snow too. Living up here in the mountains, There is ALOT up here! I'm happy to here that you will continue looking out for wildlife as you play around in the snow! (that's what I plan to do too)

    Hey! That's OurGirl up there that just commented on this VERY OLD post. (Sorry. We just had to slip that in.) Since when is she more on top of things than us????

    We're guessing that the snow from this post is long gone and more has come and probably left again. Hopefully the squirrels in the park are getting used to it and come out to play when you are there to HUNT!
